At METHOD, we’ve gone above and beyond to build a performance assessment that allows us to diagnose exactly where your body is letting you down. Whilst many an assessment has been done in the past, rarely are they as all-encompassing as the one we’ve designed.
Our assessment is split into a number of different categories.
- Aerobic Capacity
- Strength and Power
- Lactate capacity
As an athlete, failure to understand how a lack of each component could be holding you back will simply hinder your progress. The METHOD Assessment provides us with a blueprint to your body, one that will pave the road to your programme design, eliminating the chances of performing workouts that are not in your best interest. No more wasted time in the gym, make the time and effort that you put into each training session truly count.
